“I went in to view a 2 bedroom apartment and Erv Bell was showing me the apartment. Erv was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind Leasing Consultant. While viewing the apartment he helped me measure the space to make sure all of my furniture would fit. He was well prepared and knew all of the details about the building and the apartment we were looking at. Erv was not aggressive and listened to everything I was looking for. The apartments in Capital Towers are very esthetically appealing with very nice views. The amenities are really nice and the building is very centrally located. In the end I went with a different building because I need more space but I would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Sacramento to look at Capital Towers!”
